Fayetteville-Perry Local School District

Fayetteville Elementary will be holding kindergarten registration for the 2022-2023 school year on Friday, March 25. Hours will be from 11:30-2:30 and from 4:00-7:00. Parking is in the lot behind the elementary building and entry to the building is through door #27. The following documents are needed for registration: child's birth certificate, social security card, immunization record, custody papers (if applicable), a current utility bill, and driver's license to verify proof of residence.
