On Tuesday, March 1, 2022, ALL FPLS juniors will be taking the ACT test. This is the state assessment ALL students are required to take in the spring of their junior year. The test will be given to all juniors (including CCP and SHCTC) beginning at 8 AM in the Middle School Gymnasium. SHCTC students should have received a permission slip for this test from Mrs. Copas. Students should check their FPLS email for details about this assessment. This is an important test for students. Please contact heidi.greco@fpls.us for further information.

Tonight, the Fayetteville FFA Chapter held their annual Greenhand Ceremony. They recognized 35 first-year members that received the Greenhand Degree! Congratulations!

The FHS cheerleaders are having a mini cheer camp for grades pre k through 6th grade to help raise money for their uniforms next year. Please see flyer below for more information
On 2/17/2022, FPLS held our annual CCP night. In order to participate in CCP, students and a guardian are required to attend/view this meeting by March 15th. Due to various events that night, this meeting was held via Zoom and was recorded. 🏀8th Grade Lady Rockets played a great Championship game today vs Lynchburg. The game went into Overtime ending with the Rockets losing by 1. They had a successful season winning the Div.II SHAC League and Runner-Up 8th Grade Girls SHAC Tournament! Great job Lady Rockets!
Congratulations to the 7th grade girls basketball team for their win over Whiteoak this morning in the SHAC tournament. The girls capped off an undefeated season with a 1st place finish in the tournament. Thanks for an awesome season. Way to go Rockets!!!
