REMINDER
FPLS Parents/Guardians/Staff,
Due to the school going to remote learning for this week, we are offering food pickup and delivery to all families who have children that are 18 years and younger in the household.
If you would like to participate in the food pickup and delivery, please call Cindy Phillips at 513-875-5096 or you can email me at cindy.phillips@fpls.us. I will need the following information: name, address and the number of meals needed. I will need to know this information by 2:30 p.m. on 1/5/2021.
Pickup and delivery for this week will be on Wednesday, 1/6/2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Pickup will be behind the elementary at door #33.
For the safety of our drivers, we will be doing porch drop offs for delivery and please have your pets put up.

Unfortunately, due to staffing concerns, Fayetteville-Perry Local Schools will be on Remote Learning for the week of January 4th, 2021. The Full Remote Plan is found on the school district website under each school building. Rocket Remote Students from the 1st semester, returning to school, will attend school on Monday, January 11th, 2021.
As we try to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to our students, staff, and community, we are trying to provide normality to all. At this time, extracurricular activities will continue. Fayetteville-Perry Local School will assess the situation on a daily basis and communicate the information as soon as possible. Please check our school website for updates.

At this time, please contact Tracianne Johnson, RN (District School Nurse) at 513-875-5070 or email tracianne.johnson@fpls.us with any student cases of COVID-19 or quarantines that will affect your student returning on January 4, 2021. Please forward any results or Health Department isolation letters via email or fax to 513-875-4511. Please note if I have already contacted you, there is no need to notify me unless there has been any changes.
